All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium within 24 hours on business days. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link – so you'll always know where it is.

Returns

If the product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll simply take it back. Fair and straightforward.

    30-day right of withdrawal

    You can return your order within 30 days of receipt – no questions asked.

    Condition of goods

    The hammock must not show any signs of use and must be complete. Set up for testing? Absolutely fine.

    Return shipping costs

    The return is at your expense. We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods.

    Returns must be registered in advance by email. (info@inwoods.de) Unannounced returns cannot be processed.
